VoucherClub NZ Limited has no affiliation with these companies whatsoever.
We just provide the service of a one stop shop, so you can save little by little if you want, and then purchase your vouchers when you want. The process of purchasing and sending can take up to five to seven working days. VCNZL endeavors to get these to you earlier.VoucherClub NZ Ltd will from time to time make other items available for purchase from the Website. Please login at least once every 14 months to ensure your active membership.
VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS All Vouchers have the "store" terms and conditions on the ways you are able to use them, please check with the stores before you purchase here, if you wish to use them other than normal purchasing.
FEES There is a administration/delivery fee, this varies as the the amount of purchase total varies (minimum cost of delivery is 8.00), sadly because of costs of processing requests and admin and including courier etc, which are beyond our control we have had to implement costs added to delivery. we have tried hard and will keep trying to keep this as low as possible.
ORDERING VoucherClub will only deliver across New Zealand.
Vouchers or Cards will come in even numbers i.e.: $10 $20 $50 $100 depending on your order, (if you wish to receive certain monetary values you will need to make a remark in the order page) Most vouchers come on a gift card as the electronic age is upon us, please let us know if you wish to have your purchases on multiple gift cards otherwise you will recieve one card with the amount of purchase. To let us know, there is an option where you can make a remark when you make your order. There may be set minimum amounts that can be purchased on gift cards, if this is the case we will let you know. Some gift cards are purhased via Gift Station where available. PREPAID ACCOUNTS Your account will not let you go into arrears.
You will need to have enough money in your membership account to pay for what you are ordering. Otherwise your order will not be able to proceed,
For example: you order $90 dollars worth of any item, and you only have $97.
Your order will not be able to proceed because you do not have enough funds to cover the administration/delivery fee. If for any reason your account does let you go into ARREARS the order will be automatically cancelled. ***PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 3 working days for your deposit to be processed and added to your prepaid account.***
PAYING BY CREDIT CARD It will now take 1 - 3 working days to process your payments to our Paymex Account. This has been introduced so that the Paymex Trust Account is a Trust Account in the true sense of the word, This process has been introduced to keep everyones money even safer.
REFUND POLICY If you wish to have your account refunded from your VoucherClub Prepaid Account in to a NZ bank account it will cost $10.00 withdrawal fee for administration/processing costs. Which is above and beyond the "normal fees." This will be debited from your VoucherClub account, before your bank account is credited. Service Charges/Administration/Processing/Delivery/ or any other Fees are not refundable. Christmas Club Deposits are non refundable.
